After the bottling, in the cellar for some months.
Kept under right lighting and temperature conditions this wine will keep evolving for some years.
Deep dark cheery with black tints.
Warm and intense, marked by very ripe fruit and a soft scent of vanilla.
Initial sensation of softness with touches of cloves and liquorice, followed by a pleasantly rich, full-bodied and persistent flavour.
