Straw yellow.

Aroma:

Fragrant, delicate with a typical aromatic scent.

Full bodied, mellow, pleasantly lively.

5,5 - 5,9 g/l

Residual sugar:

4 - 8 g/l

Serving temperature:

8 - 10 °C

Gastronomic match:

Excellent with risotto and white meat-based dishes.
